Hello Team,

We are not FCRA registered but want to have FCRA certification.

Can you please guide us?

For registration under FCRA, the organisation has to file application in Form FC-3A with MHA on fcraonline.nic.in.

The eligibility criteria are as follows:

  1. The organisation should be 3 years in existence.
  2. The organisation must have 3 audited financial statements and expenditure.
  3. The objectives during the 3 years should be minimum Rs.15 lakhs.
  4. The FCRA account with SBI FCRA branch has to be opened prior to filing the form.
  5. The organisation should have a UIN on NGO Darpan.
